I am writing to humbly request your support and vote for a second term as SSPR Council Member. While I am also a candidate for SSPR President, I would be equally honored and grateful for the opportunity to continue serving as a Council Member.

 

Since joining SSPR in 2020, I have been deeply committed to advancing the organization’s mission. In 2022, I joined the Communications and Social Media Committee, working to elevated SSPR’s online presence while preserving its valued traditions. Since becoming a Council Member in 2023, I have collaborated with colleagues to strengthen the organization’s impact and foster engagement among members. Each year, I’ve proudly championed representation from our program, encouraging trainees and faculty to present their research at the SSPR meeting. Our fellows have consistently contributed through both oral and poster presentations, including one earning the prestigious Young Investigator Award in 2024. I have also successfully recruited two new faculty members to join SSPR, further enriching our vibrant community.
